STOCK AVAILABILITY
Whilst we endevour to keep up to date with our stock levels, we also and solely rely on our supplier/s to keep us informed of any out-of-stock items and at times, it may occur that and item you have purchased will be out of stock. In this instance, we will contact you to inform you and make alternative arrangements such as changing your order or in the unlikely event, provide a refund.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Unless your purchase is collected instore or at Entrance 6 of Cresta Shopping Centre, a delivery fee is charged as follows:-
~ Free delivery within a 2km radius of Cresta Shopping Centre, subject to a minimum purchase of R150
~ A R25 delivery fee is charged for deliveries outside of a 2km radius but not more than 15km's, also subject to a minimum purchase of R150
~ A R50 delivery is charged for deliveries outside of a 15km radius but within Johannesburg, also subject to a minimum purchase of R200
~ A third party courier charge of R100 will be used for the rest of Gauteng and subject to a maximum of 2kg's
RETURNS
Unless it is a fault of our own, returns are not allowed.
We custom make our items and would therefore not be able to bring the item back into to stock to re-sell.
The only exception is where the item delivered is damaged because of insufficient and incorrect packaging from our side.
